Shipping Information

• We ship across India within 7- 10 business days.
• Shipping charges may vary based on order value and location.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Returns & Replacements

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect, or expired products.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@millezo.com with your order ID and issue details.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
